Professional Consultations
We provide a free professional consultation service. One of our experienced team will visit you at your home or development opportunity to discuss your requirements, gain an understanding of the project brief and complexities and help to determine the feasibility of your project before you embark upon the design process.

Concept Design
Following the consultation, we will send you a detailed quotation which will outline our understanding of the project brief and the costs associated with each stage of your project.
The first stage of the process is normally Concept Design. To begin the design process we will need to obtain or prepare a measured building survey.
Within a few weeks of the measured building survey being carried out, you will receive our initial proposal(s). This is just the start of the exciting journey of designing your dream home.
Planning Applications
Once you are happy with the design, we will act as your agent during the planning application process, submitting the required documents and liaising closely with the elected case officer to give your application the best chance of success. We have an outstanding record for securing planning permissions with Cheshire East Council.
Our experienced team has secured planning permission for much larger extensions than would normally be allowable in the green belt and open countryside by proving fallback positions using permitted development rights.
Cost Control
We use the services of an independent quantity surveyor to help us create budget estimates and detailed cost plans at key stages of the design development to ensure that your project remains on budget and to a specified finish.
Building Regulations
We can develop your proposals into a fully compliant Building Regulations package which can then be used for more detailed cost estimates and then for your builders, or one of our Trusted Build Partners to work from on-site.
New Builds
We have a portfolio of new-build developments that are both beautiful and functional. We can also create 3D images of new build development, which can be very useful tools for marketing and can help to secure planning permission.
Architectural Visualisations
We can provide high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings to help you fully immerse yourself in both the interior and exterior design of your project before breaking ground.
3D models are a very useful tool, not only to visualise the design but to spot opportunities for excellence and to develop these opportunities into detailed designs.
Design & Build
Construction projects can often be complex and involved. With many professionals all working together, communication is key to ensure that your project is delivered as you would expect it to be. We act on your behalf to ensure all contractors involved in the project are kept up-to-date with the latest decisions and drawings. We liaise with other professionals such as, structural engineers and quantity surveyors making sure the project runs smoothly. Read more here.
